Pursue a 'stabilise' strategy when organisational competitive factors are high and market factors are low.

Pursue a 'turnaround' or 'develop' strategy when organisational competitive factors are low and market factors are high.

Pursue a 'harvest' strategy when organisational competitive and market factors are both low.
